Capitola Dragonfly Drone UFOs Spotted On Prime Time!!

A couple of days ago, I made a Blog post on the Drone UFOs, “Dragonfly Drone Hunters – The Search For Rajinder/Rajman1977” which described how a group of members at the Open Minds Forum have paid to enlist the help of a couple of Private Investigators to try and locate the utility pole which is located in the, “Rajman1977” Drone images and subsequently locate the witness himself.

Well this story ran on the 18th March and the History Channels new UFO Flagship, “UFO-Hunters” heavily featured the Drone UFO images. I personally feel the UFO-Hunters presented the Drones with little in the way of middle ground, it appears that the UFO-Hunters team thought that they were either proof of reverse engineering of alien technology or a hoax.

The possibility that the Drones themselves could be manufactured or controlled by an extraterrestrial entity was strangely omitted, I say strangely as I feel the UFO Hunters (by definition if nothing else) should have at least of entertained this possibility. Bruce Maccabee was interviewed briefly and drew attention to the lack of any kind of aerodynamics present in the structure and design of the Drones yet still the investigation centred on the reverse engineering theory. If you are approaching the Drones from an evidence based perspective then after a quick browse the Isaac documents (which they possessed and discussed) it should be evident or at least very unlikely that the Drones were manufactured by human hands.

What follows is an excerpt from the Isaac documents under the, “Some Explanation for the Recent Sightings ” heading:

“I should first be clear that I'm not directly familiar with any of the crafts seen in the photos in their entirety. I've never seen them in a hangar or worked on them myself or seen aliens zipping around in them. However, I have worked with and seen many of the parts visible in these crafts…..These crafts have probably existed in their current form for decades, and I can say for sure that the technology behind them has existed for decades before that…..The technology itself isn't ours, or at least it wasn't in the 80's. Much like the technology in these crafts themselves .”

I probably should point out at this juncture that I personally believe the entire Drone phenomenon to be a complete fabrication but I still believe that any Drone investigation should have at least been conducted in a way that allowed for the possibility that the Drones weren't a result of human engineering or under human control.

Anyway, here's the relevant section/s from the recent UFO-Hunters (7th) episode, including Bruce Maccabee and James Carrion (head of Mufon).

Back to the Private Investigators and it's turning out to be money well spent if purely for raising the profile of the Drone reports and informing the public of their existence and the search for witnesses. They even made it to Fox News recently, here's a short Fox News Report on the two Private Investigators charged with locating the utility pole and commissioned by OMF.

After no news for nearly a year we no have the LA-Times story on the 18th, UFO-Hunters appearance on the 19th and the Fox News segment on the 20th March!! Perhaps the end is nearing for a collection of some of the most intriguing UFO images and UFO reports of recent times.

Stephenville, Texas - More UFO Sighting Reports, Mufon & Witness Transcript/s

The Texas UFO sightings are still making news, witnesses are still filing reports and Mufon are still collecting and collating the information. Angelia Joiner recently posted an article to the Stephenville Lights website regarding the recent Mufon meeting on the 23 rd February, 2008.

MUFON investigates more Erath County UFO sighting reports

Investigators with Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) collected seventeen new UFO sighting reports in Dublin , Texas , on Saturday, Feb. 23. Not knowing what to expect in the way of numbers of witnesses, eight field investigators attended from the organization from Austin , Waco , Dallas / Fort Worth , and said they were pleased with results. Chief Investigator Steve Hudgeons was asked if he believed the new reports were credible and said investigators are often faced with reports from individuals only wanting to get in on the action.

"Of the reports I have reviewed, I didn't get an impression that witnesses were not honest in their accounts…..As I have said before, this is a very, very, significant sighting."

Hudgeons conducted an interview with star witness Ricky Sorrells, who was first interviewed by Angela K. Brown of the Associated Press, on Jan. 14. After that interview was released, his story of the daytime UFO sighting at his property just outside of Dublin , quickly travelled around the world and major news outlets converged on Stephenville , Texas , the next day.

"I knew most of his (Sorrells') report because we had talked on the phone days earlier, but you never know a person until you have met them face to face…..I found him to be a man of his word because he told me he was going to see me for an interview, and he did come in, even though he was sick and not feeling well. We talked alone for almost an hour. I learned a good deal about his sighting that I hadn't known prior to our visit. He was very direct with his questions and answers. I admire and respect that quality in a person."

Hudgeons said, according to MUFON records, the total number of sighting reports in Texas , beginning in 1977 and continuing through late 2007, is slightly more than 400.

"From November 2007 to date, the numbers of sightings is in the neighbourhood of about 150……We are still investigating nearly 100 reports across Texas ."

Media had been warned off the Saturday gathering due to several witnesses leaving when cameras turned in their direction at the Jan. 19 meeting with an estimated crowd of about 400, and more than a dozen media outlets. But a few local reporters attended, as well as one from the Los Angeles Times, although no cameras were allowed inside the building.

Frank Wachowe, 32, with Mamone Productions, traveled from St. Louis, Missouri, spending about 17 hours on the road, and plans on producing a documentary film on the UFO phenomenon occurring around the area and he is interested in documenting the impact of the sighting on the various communities involved in Erath County His plans include investigating the, " Personal and emotional side of witnessing a UFO ” as well as exploring the extraordinary impact on the culture of a community who has witnessed what the Stephenville community has.

Autumn Humphreys with The History Channel's UFO Hunters was also in attendance, and said a crew from her company will arrive on Sunday, Feb. 24. In an earlier interview, she said the episode, which will include interviews with area witnesses, will probably be aired in late April or early May. Humphreys said the company has set up a temporary office in downtown Stephenville on Graham Street .

Meanwhile, Hudgeons said he and others are working nights and weekends in an effort to expedite a final report, which will be made public.

"I am a project manager for a commercial construction company and I have my own company as a side job drawing blue prints for other construction companies…..I am basically working seven days a week. Now having said that, the events in the Dublin area have been occurring, and are continuing with no foreseeable let up. All of the members on the investig ation team work for a living and we cannot continue (the investigation) forever."

"I woke up this morning (Sunday after the meeting) with three new sighting reports in Texas…..I haven't looked them up as yet to see where they are so I can make assignments."

He stated that a full report in a timeline format will be issued by MUFON soon. The report will include the final analysis of Stephenville resident David Coran's video, of Jan. 19 and 20, which was seen on many news broadcasts and Web sites. Some have referred to the lights in the video as being similar to hieroglyphic symbols.

"It (final report) will be posted in the April issue of the MUFON Journal, and I plan to hold a news conference at the Dublin Rotary Club in April…..Once again I wish to thank the Rotary Club for hosting our two meetings. MUFON was greeted warmly, and we are very appreciative."

Hudgeons said he and other members always enjoy visiting Dublin Dr Pepper, as well as meeting the friendly folks in Dublin , adding that all of the investigators for the organization are not paid and cover all of their own expenses.

Stephenville, Texas, recent UFO Reports

Here's a recently posted transcript written by KXAN Austin News' Jim Swift after spending two days talking with the witnesses.

Dublin , Texas , home of the world's oldest Dr. Pepper bottling plant.

Just down the highway a few miles, Stephenville, Texas, known far and wide as the state's dairy capital. But over the last few weeks, these communities and a wider swath of North Central Texas have become the epicentre of the country's latest outbreak of UFO fever.

  • "A big long area of bright, bright, intensely bright lights ," said dental office administrator Claudette Odam.
  • "The lights or the navigation lights are what I saw ," said Mac McKinnon with the Dublin Citizen Publisher.
  • "They were extremely bright. " said retiree James Huse.
  • "In a line, in a straight line and so long ," said Odam.
  • "What was so odd, these lights were flashing like a strobe ," said Constable Lee Roy Gaitan
  • "A strobe that just kept going and going and going ," said Odam.
  • "I have a drawing that I made ," said Huse.
  • "Other lights would start doing stuff ," said Odam.
  • "It appears to be maybe something like this and it's just spinning around ," said Gaitan.
  • "It had kind of a flat bottom on it; it was round, kind of gum-drop shaped, " said Huse.
  • "It would look like, kind of like a light show," said Odam.
  • "They were not just strobing; they were moving around, " said Gaitan.
  • "It was like an energy field of some sort, going through the center of it, " said Huse.
  • "In an instant, they were gone, " said Gaitan.

As reports and rumors spread, the military denied having any activity in the area, only to admit a few days later that there were 10 jets training.

  • " The airplanes, the jets following the lights right over the top of my house and it shook my house ," said Odam.
  • " I could clearly see that they were jets; I could clearly hear that they were jets ," said Gaitan.
  • " They weren't training when we saw them and especially that late at night. You know, I'm not trying to say they're lying or anything, but they've lied once, " said Odam.
  • "It somewhat tarnished their, I guess their word or whatever you want to call it, their credibility," said Gaitan.

But in the end, the big question remains: what's up there?

  • "I think there's other stuff out there. If it's getting close to the end like everybody says it is, maybe they're coming back here to see the same thing we're waiting for, " said Odam.
  • "This didn't just happen; it has a cause, OK ?" said Huse.

All right, if that's the case, what might that cause and effect be? Well, it turns out a consensus may be developing.

  • " You know, for years, you know, all the time I was in the military, they've always wanted to have some kind of hovering device that was silent, and it was also big ," said McKinnon.
  • " Either some type of new weapon or new craft or something that they're working on, " said Gaitan.

But if it is aliens...

  • " We've had no reports of lost cows; we've had no reports of lost milk and no reports of lost cases of Dr. Pepper. So I think they left empty-handed, " said Huse.

But if they took nothing, they did leave plenty of curiosity behind.

Stephenville, Texas UFO - Mufon CMS Submission (Images)

Mufon CMS Submission (12th Feb 2008)

If you visit the Mufon Case Management System (CMS) and search for Texas UFO sightings, you will see that since January 1 st (2008) there's over 40 reports submitted. Here's just one of them, the UFO was spotted on the 12 th February 2008 by two witnesses who both submitted their accounts along with images.

------------------------------------

Long Description of Sighting Report (2-12-08)

(Configuration of lights that split into two separate groups).

Witness 1:

It was approximately 9:00 pm and my boyfriend and I were driving north, about 1 ½ miles west-southwest of town. He saw a group of lights and pointed them out to me. They were moving slowly and low in the sky. I knew right away these were not planes. There were two groups of four bright white lights, in a straight line, one larger group above the other smaller group, similar to the shape of the ship on Star Trek. The entire group slowly turned to the right, then split into two separate groups, each a group of four bright white lights with a red light underneath. The two groups slowly passed over us and continued on toward the southeast until out of sight. There was no noise at all, completely silent. I am sure that it was not airplanes or a blimp. I tried to take photographs, but wasn't sure if I was getting anything because it was so dark. When we looked at our pictures later, I was shocked to find not only the two groups I was focusing on, but three more groups of different colors in the photo as well. In the photo they appear zig-zagging, but they did not look like this by plain eyesight. I was amazed, excited, and nervous. I could not believe what I was seeing. Also, I circled three lights in the lower right hand corner of each photograph. I don't know what these are, but they are the same in each photo. They are not zig zagged like the others. The photos were taken less than a minute apart.

------------------------------------

Witness 2:

It was around 9:00 pm, and my girlfriend and I were on the way to my house from the high school baseball game. We were driving north down the road and I noticed some strange lights in the sky to my left. I told her to look and she was surprised too. There were four white lights and a red light. The four white lights blinked in a rolling sequence and the red light did not blink at all. I am sure they could not have been planes because they were too close together and were moving very slowly and I could not hear anything. They were low enough that I should have been able to hear something. As they moved along, it seems that the red light was moving ahead of the white lights. I have never seen anything like this.

Here are a couple of crops of the images with the brightness/contrast adjusted for clarity.

Sci-Fi Channel - UFO Hunters Special

I wrote about Mufon and the, “UFO Hunters” trademark link back on the 20th January 2008 but it was more about the motivations & implications that James Carrion (International Mufon Directory) may have had more on his mind than just obtaining information regarding the Drones and the recent PowerPoint release of a primer in these sightings, images and documentation. The foray into a public UFO Forum was always ill-advised in my humble opinion and one that (on the face of it) appeared a wholly fruitless pursuit. The original Blog post I made garnered quite a few comments and one of the people who commented (Manuel) researched the trademarks thoroughly, posting his subsequent findings and inquiring as to the point I was attempting to make.

I wasn’t attempting to make a point as such, but rather pointing out that a little further down the road there would inevitably be a dispute regarding the term, “UFO Hunters” this was compounded by the fact that Mufon already have a UFO Hunters logo on their home page which links directly to their, “How to become a field investigator” section.

http://mufon.com/

Little did I realise when posting the recent filing for the trademark, “UFOHunters” by Mufon it was just a small part of the unfolding trademark story. James Carrion even referenced the History Channel show while at the forum, after being directly asked about it:

“Can I ask- have you / MUFON been asked to contribute to the History channel's 'UFO Hunters' regarding the 'Drones' / CARET, in any way?”

James replied saying :

“Funny you should ask about the History Channel - their film crew was here on Thursday filming their reverse engineering episode of UFO Hunters and the PowerPoint presentation we have posted on the Internet was created expressly for briefing the stars of the show on what MUFON knew about DRONES/CARET. That also explains why there are fewer details/notes in the presentation as we had to keep it concise to fit their shooting timeframe. Our follow up MUFON Journal article will contain the details of our investigation.

John Schuessler, former MUFON International Director was also interviewed on camera talking about earlier claims of reverse engineering (Corso, Lazar, etc.)”

Trademark Envy

I was more interested then (as I am now) about whether the History Channel show, “The UFO Hunters” were aware of this trademark application when conducting interviews with (and essentially promoting) Mufon. I should point out I’m not claiming foul play or pre-meditated deceit but rather highlighting what I found unusual at the time. In fact far from reflecting badly on Mufon it shows them in a favourable light as they apparently anticipated this and shrewdly registered the UFO Hunters trademark two months previous and had purchased the domain name, “UFOHUNTERS.ORG” as early as April 2007.

It got even more interesting when it was realised that the SCI-FI channel and the History Channel have not only both filed for a UFO Hunters trademark but both of them moved their respective programmes forward in a direct head-to-head battle. It has been mentioned that this is more than likely so neither could claim having showed the programme first and so neither would have the upper hand when being considered for the trademark, which would indeed seem the likeliest scenario.

But it’s still not quite as easy as that as it has also previously been reported that The History Channel & The Sci-Fi Channel are inextricably linked via their corporate ownership, namely NBC Universal. As NBC Universal not only owns the Sci-Fi channel but is also involved in the production company that is producing the show for the History Channel, i.e. “A&E Television Networks” which is a joint venture between The Hearst Corporation, ABC Inc., and NBC Universal.

The Sci-Fi Channel has already had success with their programme, “Ghost Hunters” and UFO Hunters appears to be a similar format as this so it’s a little strange why nobody thought to file for the trademark until after the History Channel did.

Also, the History Channel has already produced a programme named UFO Hunters, but this was the name of an episode in their popular, “UFO Files” series back in 2005 (rather than the name of the actual series) however this hasn’t stopped them claiming, “Previous use” of the trademark when filing (whereas Sci-Fi had to claim “Intent to use.”) But due to the tenuous claim of this previous use it remains to be seen who will be successful in their trademark applications.

The History Channel is running its UFO Hunters series weekly whereas it would appear that the Sci-Fi channels programme is still in development and billed it’s first programme as a, “Special” and has not confirmed any further dates as of yet.

Stephenville, Texas UFO Update - Pilots Dispute Military Lies

Pilots dispute military statement.

Steve Allen, a freight company owner and pilot in Stephenville has found himself thrust into the public eye and since the Stephenville UFO sightings which occurred on the 8 th January (2008). As well as being interviewed extensively by world media he has also become something of a middle man between the Stephenville community and the media. Several witnesses have exclusively contacted him, some of whom have evidence in the form of video or photographs.

Below you can see a recent CBS report which shows some of this evidence.

Yet again the US military are being reduced to little more than a joke with their inconsistent and contradictory statements. Initially Maj. Karl Lewis, a spokesman for the 301st Fighter Wing at the Joint Reserve Base Naval Air Station in Fort Worth , said no F-16s or other aircraft from his base were in the area the night of Jan. 8, when most people reported the sighting.

Lewis said the object may have been an illusion caused by two commercial airplanes. Lights from the aircraft would seem unusually bright and may appear orange from the setting sun.

"I'm 90 percent sure this was an airliner…..With the sun's angle, it can play tricks on you ."

Officials at the region's two Air Force bases — Dyess in Abilene and Sheppard in Wichita Falls — also said none of their aircraft were in the area last week. The Air Force no longer investigates UFOs.

These statements were first published on the 14 th January by the Associated Press who broke the story in the world media, all of the statements leave no room for ambiguity or misinterpretation and are stated as fact by the Air Force representatives.

However, after having a couple of weeks to think about it and as the story quickly propagated through the internet they witnessed a snowball effect, the longer the story went unchecked the more momentum it gathered.

On January 27 th the same Major Karl Lewis (of the 301st Fighter Wing Public Affairs at the NAS Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base) stated that, “Ten F-16s from the 457th Fighter Squadron were performing training operations from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday January 8, 2008 in the Brownwood Military Operating Area (MOA), which includes the air space above Erath County ."

At least three pilots in Stephenville disagree with this press release issued by the military. Steve Allen, Don “Doc” Stewart and Todd Downs all say if Stephenville and the Selden area are in the Brownwood Military Operating Area, its news to them. (See video above)

All three pilots say that space does not include all of Erath County , but only a small portion of Dublin and does not include Stephenville or the Selden area at all.

Stephenville is 11 miles from the MOA,” Stewart said, as he pointed out the area on an aeronautical sectional map.

Downs , who is an employee at Clark Field in Stephenville, said:

“I don't understand why they would do that at all…..They're not hard to know that they are there. It doesn't make sense. I've seen them come by me before. They are real loud and it's not hard to know that they are there.”

Ken Cherry, state director of Mutual UFO Network, said he thinks the military have admitted their involvement purely due to Freedom Of Information requests that have since been filed. Cherry took more than 50 reports from folks in Stephenville. He said the Air Force Reserve's latest statement supports the theory that there was indeed some strange activity in that area.

Maj. Karl Lewis, a spokesman for the 301st Fighter Wing, declined to comment further on the sightings, but to be fair he's probably done enough already…..

-------------------------------------

Don Ledger also wrote about the proximity of the UFO sighting to the Bush ranch:

“The edge of the restricted zone designated as Class D airspace is only about 16 miles southeast of the center of Stephenville. Pilot Davis 's sighting was about halfway between Stephenville and the northwestern arc of the Class D airspace in Selden . In the center of that circular airspace is a 4-5 nautical mile circle designated prohibited airspace. The outer circle is 60 nautical miles [69 statute miles] in diameter centered on the ranch.

Stephenville, Texas UFO

In effect this prohibited area is scant minutes away from the sightings areas.

The launching of F-16s into the areas outside the MOA Military Operational Area] southwest of Stephenville now makes sense as do the hamfisted attempts to cover up the presence of F-16s in the area. I would be surprised if military assets were not tasked to that area if they suddenly had unknowns showing up on their radar and near such a sensitive area. This need not be because of a UFO event but some unknown "aircraft" suspected of - and being treated as - terrorist in nature.

What puzzles me is this. It is no secret that the Bush ranch is close-by, how come the press never picked up on this? I had no idea that this was the case until I saw it on Joel's scan of the air chart. I can be excused living 4,000 miles away in Nova Scotia but where are the local newspapers in this from Dallas for example.

Dallas-Fort Worth Air Traffic Control (Dallas TRACON) would have been well aware of the F-16s since they came from that field and which should have been squawking military Transponder Codes southwest of their field for safety's sake.

Anyway It has me wondering if the reason for the fibbing about the F-16 presence wasn't more to do about concerns about the anomalies violating the airspaces I mentioned above.”

UFOCasebook Video Exclusive - Stephenville , Texas UFO Footage Jan 2008

Compelling Video of UFO from Texas

This video was taken in the vicinity of San Antonio , Texas . I cannot verify that it is connected to the recent sighting wave near Stephenville , Texas , but I can assert that it is not hoaxed in any way, and is quite compelling.

The video shows what appears to be a fairly large oval shaped UFO hovering, or barely moving behind a group of trees. The video is displayed at regular speed, and there have been no enhancements to the video. I received the film in the .dat format, and compressed it for Internet streaming. The first :35 contains still frame grabs, and then the film begins and plays in its entirety.

Anyone who is genuinely interested in downloading the original 12 megabyte .dat file for study, can do so by request.

New UFO Mufon Sighting Report, Stephenville, Texas, UFO Sketch Included

This was a broad daylight sighting from our home on the outskirts of Hamilton , Texas . Hamilton is located in the centre of Hamilton County adjacent to Stephenville Texas . This object was travelling from South to North toward Stephenville/Chalk Mountain. We are approximately 40 miles South of Stephenville.

I was out in the middle of the yard with our dogs at approximately 9 AM on a clear, cloudless day with unlimited and unobstructed visibility. I was alerted to look up by our Labrador bird dog frantically barking at the sky. There were no wings, no contrail, and no noise associated with this event. It appeared to be very high and very huge.

It would have taken a silver dollar at arms length to cover the object from fore to aft. It was travelling S. to N. at what appeared, from my perspective, a slow rate of flight. I first observed it at about the 10:00 position off the Southern Horizon and observed it to approx. the 2:00 position. Total elapse time was approx. 45 seconds.

I took my eyes off just long enough to shush the barking dog and when I looked back up... It had just disappeared. Other than our dogs, I personally know of no other witnesses to this event. In fact, I would be very interested to know and compare notes/thoughts with any other observers.

This was definitely not a helicopter, airplane, blimp, balloon, bird, etc. Although Hamilton Airport has no Radar capabilities, Ft. Hood @ Killeen and Waco Regional Airport should have seen something.

Lots of luck on getting anything from the military.

I seek no notoriety, publicity, remuneration, ...no nothing. In fact, I demand privacy and confidentiality. I have a low tolerance and much disdain for rednecks & idiots who refuse to accept reality and admit the truth.

MUFON Investigators Report on Stephenville, Texas UFO Witnesses (Video)

Dallas (Fort Worth), Texas Mufon Investigator's Report

Terry Groff of, “The Dallas - Fort Worth Mutual UFO Network” wrote about the recent Mufon investigation:

It was sheer madness in Dublin , Texas on Saturday.

A team of MUFON investigators met with approximately 40 witnesses amid the circus that was the hottest thing to hit Dublin , Texas since they opened the oldest Dr. Pepper Bottling Plant in the world in 1891. (They still use the original formula)

Our team consists of:

  • Ken Cherry - Texas State Director
  • Robert Powell - Director of Research, Field Investigator (FI)
  • David Keel - State Section Director (SSD), FI
  • Mike DeGroff - SSD, FI
  • Steve Hudgeons - Assistant State Director (ASD), Sr. FI
  • James Shatley - ASD
  • Myself - FI
  • Gary Neitzel - FI
  • Paula Schermerhorn - FI

(Gary Neitzel was unable to go to Dublin but will be employed on subsequent interviews)

I rode down to Dublin with ASD James Shatley. We could tell we were approaching Stephenville with the myriad of business marquees saying things like "Aliens Welcome" and "ET prefers Purple Tacos", We saw no such signs in Dublin but I'm sure they were there.

We arrived shortly before noon and it seemed relatively quiet. The meeting was hosted by the local Rotary Club who graciously offered their hall for our use.

We walked in and there were only a handful of people there including our team. I thought to myself that perhaps this might be easier than we first thought. There was media there including NBC and FOX but there wasn't a crush of curiosity seekers... yet.

UFO Sketch Presented To Mufon Investigators
UFO Sketch Presented To Mufon Investigators

Just before 1:00 pm the madness began. Ultimately there would be around 500 people filling the hall designed for 200 people. We had the usual suspects that we quickly put in their place, particularly anyone who attempted to come in wearing tin foil hats. They were instantly told to remove them.

I was truly worried that the media would scare away many witnesses and I was right. Many did leave or never showed up because they were afraid of over-exposure. Yet, many did stay and we interviewed around 40 witnesses from all walks of life and age ranges. I personally interviewed a Grade School Teacher, an Anaesthesiologist, a College Instructor, a Rancher, an Escrow Closer, a Day Care Worker and a retired Agronomist.

After a brief introduction of our team we began the interview process. We secured a separate room but it was far from secluded. We didn't allow the media in the room with a couple of exceptions, but the room was still exposed through the open double doors and there were constant cameras poking through the door to get their shots. I did see my face on the evening news in Dallas.

I noticed that this event drew people out that otherwise would not have reported what they saw, mainly because they didn't know how or to whom. Oddly, none of the witnesses I interviewed were witness to the event(s) of January 8th - all were from December '07 - none of which correlated with the others. My witness' reports consisted of a Black Triangle, Neon Green Orbs, repeating orange explosions and one CE3 in the witness' bedroom. This witness also stated that they had been being abducted for years but it had been more than 10 years since the last.

This investigation is ongoing and our intention is to return to Dublin in about a month to do more interviews in which the media will not be invited nor allowed to attend. We plan to publish our results in the April issue of The MUFON UFO Journal.

Reason That Mufon Is Re-investigating 2007 “Drone flap”?

Recent Announcement of Mufon & UFO Hunters Collaboration Explains A Lot

James Carrion (Mufon Int. Director) visited a popular UFO forum recently to try and gleam a little information on what Mufon already classed as a, “Hoax”.

I must admit to being a little puzzled by the recent attendance at a popular UFO Forum by the International Director of Mufon. While I believe it was an unprecedented move in the right direction to try and unite the fragmented online UFO community I feared at the time that his motivations were a little less than sincere.

It quickly deteriorated into a crass show of, “Oneupmanship” and James left empty handed. This was purely as the UFO-Hunters show had requested information for an upcoming Mufon/Drone episode, information had already been provided for the television show in a very poor PowerPoint presentation by Mufon which quoted certain CGI expert/s without their prior knowledge and with information gleamed from private emails between Mufon and said expert/s.

(Mufon presentation in PDF format available here)

It has since been announced that according to the Jan 2008 edition of Mufon Journal (p2), Mufon is in the process of trade-marking the name "UFO Hunters" and are in the process of producing a website and logo.

One purpose of the website will be to,

“Inform the public about MUFON's mission and goals".

Thanks to Robert Moore for the information relating to this new announcement (UK-UFO.org).

A recent email sent out by James Carrion (MUFONs International Director) invited people to download their ongoing Drone investigation in Power Point format:
(Download the complete 2007 Drone Sightings History here.....)

"MUFON s Special Team Operations-VERITAS (STOV Team) has conducted a special investigation of the Drone Photos and CARET Documents. Although our investigation is ongoing, a preliminary report has been posted to the MUFON web site at: http://www.mufon.com/documents/Drones-CARET.ppt"

To say it was a disappointment is something of an understatement!! I only hope that there's a great deal more to divulge, I honestly have more recent, pertinent and relevant Drone related data on my desktop than what was contained in the Power Point presentation, as will every other forum member who classes themselves as a, "Dronie!!"

Kris –Saladfingers- Avery and Marc D'Antonio are both quoted and voice their opinions that the Drone images are undoubtedly CGI which while still relevant is news that is older than the majority of the sightings and images!! The document then goes on to detail the Kecksburg UFO crash in great detail drawing an incredibly tenuous link between it and the Drones which for the most part has to do with a, “Two decades” statement that Isaac wrote………

The most informative pages has following information on it:

“More Questions than Answers

  • Why would the U.S. Government seek commercial applications for a technology that has national security implications?
  • Why does Isaac express worry about his personal safety but then jokes about an IRS audit if found out?
  • Why are all the photo witnesses anonymous and hide behind Internet email addresses?
  • Why were no other corroborating reports filed with MUFON or NUFORC on the dates of the photo sightings?”

CARET similarities to MJ-12

  • Initial release of documentation triggers further release of information by whistleblowers
  • Gatekeepers –
  • MJ-12 –William Moore
  • CARET –Coast to Coast
  • Reference is made in MJ-12 EBD to other appendix documents by title. Similarly, CARET documents reference a PACL-D0006 ‘PACL Extraction Procedure Guide'
  • MJ-12 confirms Alien Roswell
  • CARET confirms Alien Kecksburg?

Down the Rabbit Hole Again

  • Who's behind these photos and documents?
  • A lot of time and effort was spent to produce the documents for no obvious monetary gain?
  • The Indisputable Truth as MUFON knows it
  • Roswell happened
  • Kecksburg happened
  • Active campaigns to disinform researchers and the public surround both of these landmark UFO events.
  • What secret is really being hidden? Extraterrestrial Life? Secret weapon?
  • The search for the real truth goes on…

Kris Avery has also said in a post at OMF that he's:

“Speaking to the producer of UFO Hunters, and the international director of Mufon about them using some or all of the drone music vid in one of the episodes. I said that it is fine if they would like to. I think that would be pretty cool.

The program will be about reverse engineering, and more specifically the Isaac docs and the drone case. Could be pretty cool. I'll be interested to see what slant they take on it.”

Ahhh, it's all becoming a little clearer now, I wonder if this new release of old information is anything other than a well-timed marketing ploy? After all, there's no point making a UFO programme if there's nobody interested now is there? Still, probably just my suspicious mind……..

You're a little late and have some catching up to do but,
Welcome to the party boys…….

Edit to add: James Carrion has recently posted at OMF stating that the:

“Powerpoint presentation we have posted on the Internet was created expressly for briefing the stars of the show on what MUFON knew about DRONES/CARET. That also explains why there are fewer details/notes in the presentation as we had to keep it concise to fit their shooting timeframe. Our follow up MUFON Journal article will contain the details of our investigation.”

Perhaps there's hope yet.....

UFO Photographed - Brentford, London, 26th July, 2007

(MUFON Submitter 8011)

Unknown Object Photographed over Brentford, London-07-26-07

It has the shape of an anvil. I noticed it only while scanning the picture on my computer. The photo was taken with a Nikon digital camera Coolpix S3.

It was on the same day when I had another object on the photo taken near Twickenham (submitted on MUFON website 9/11/07) just half an hour before.

Subject: MUFON Investigation Shows Drone Photos Hoaxed

I received this on the MUFON LA mailing list and thought
it would be worth posting it here. I have examined the
related CARET docs and have detected some erroneous
statements on antigravity. The whole affair seems
contrived as a hoax, but why?

Dear MUFON LA Members and Supporters,

Many of you have expressed your certainty that the alleged drone
photos which appear on C2C and Earthfiles are the real deal. I
decided to log on to MUFON.com, and see what the field
investigator assigned to the case came up with. Incidentally,
the investigator turned out to be the SSD for that district.
Befitting for such a high profile case, don’t you agree? Here
are his comments:

INVESTIGATION AND REPORT

May 16, 2007

The object in the attached images within this report first
appeared several weeks earlier on the Coast to Coast web site
page. This new witness report was posted May 12, 2007. http://www.coasttocoastam.com/gen/page2022.html?theme=light

I had several trusted friends & experts in CGI (computer
generated Images) examine these images, as well as the earlier
Coast to Coast images. One examiner is Mr. Steve Neil who has
and continues to do computer generated images for the History
channels television program 'UFO Files'. The other effects
person is a Mr. Marc D' Antonio. He owns and operates a business
in Connecticut named FX Models. http://www.fxmodels.com/

Marc is a former MUFON Field investigator, and has taught
Astronomy for a number of years at a local area east coast
college. Both Marc & Steve I would consider well grounded and I
would consider them both 'non-skeptics' related to 'UFO's. They
think UFO's are 'real' and likely 'extraterrestral' in origin.
Marc works with computer generated images every day. Both
experts state all images of this object are clearly fakes. Mr.
D' Antonio is one of my valued expert contacts I network with in
studying UFO photographs. He has volunteered to assist in future
cases.

Marc examined the Coast to Coast images days earlier week (May
10) earlier. I contacted Marc again when this latest witness
report was posted on CMS shortly later (May 12, 2007).

Attached images have been studied by these two friends in the
Special visual computer effects industry. They both
independently state this object is clearly a CG fake.

Marc writes "Those of us in that community can look at and
immediately spot, fakery. I have to say that this one is not
actually even a GOOD fake."

Marc further writes:

Why?

In one of the images, you can see that the faker used, something
called "radiosity" to render the images. The technique allows
for more realistic images and makes things look very good, as if
lit by the sun in this case. Well, in ONE of the radiosity
images supposedly looking up at the 'fake ship' from directly
below it is clear that the faker didn't take care in setting his
settings for the renderer and you can see classic "radiosity
render artifacts" in the dark shadow areas of the CG craft. They
show up as mottling in the shadows instead of smooth
transitions. It is what happens when you want the rendering to
be finished quickly. If radiosity settings were used to make the
image look absolutely real, each image could take tens of hours
to render perhaps.

In another shot where the craft ought to have been some distance
away, it is sharp and clear as if there is suddenly no
atmospheric haze.

Finally, in one image the faker composited the craft to appear
behind tree branches. This is easy to perform. The faker used
something called an Alpha map which affords you JUST this
capability.

Sooner or later, I will bet that a 'video' will emerge, and the
faker is no doubt working on it but doesn't like the results I
guarantee because the radiosity renders take a long time to
render per frame and in motion, he has to get all his Photoshop
type filtering done on the fly within his rendering software and
it isn't as easy.

When I saw this I winced at how obvious the fakery is and how
utterly uneducated the coast to coast people are for falling for it.
The faker, named 'Chad' is a complete and total fabricator."

I have still sent a request to the above witness Email address
wishing a interview, following Mufon investigative proceedures.
I plan to play this interview 'dumb smart' (if it ever occurs
- but hope so) wishing to glean any further information if
possible and post it here. It maybe possible these images
submitted were hoaxed by someone else, rather than by the
witnesses themselves (names stated above).

I suspect the Coast to Coast web site appearance was a trial run
before posting here in the Mufon CMS. The attached images files
from Coast to Coast read in the image file text' the name
'McKinley'. The same witness name above in the witness report.

I seriously doubt the 'Coast to Coast' people may even know
about this authenticity issue.

As of May 16, 2007, I have not recieved any reply from these
witnesses.

Clearly a 'HOAX'. Case completed, but will reopen should I
recieve get a reply from the witness. (hopefully).

Very Respectfully,

Steve Reichmuth
Mufon - Northern California

SSD - Alameda / Contra Costa Co.

May 16, 2007 (20:19 hours)”

As you can see from his comments, Mr. Reichmuth is convinced
that the photos are a HOAX. So don’t get too excited. Know that
there are people out there who get their jollies from spoofing
the unsuspecting and gullible. Hey, don’t feel too bad. If it
makes you feel any better, I thought they looked real too. As
ancient Chinese proverb say; “believe nothing of what you hear,
and only half of what you see”. Or maybe that was Kwai Chang
Caine. No matter.
